Information we collect

Information you give us. Your name, email address, phone number, and the answers you give in our application form; your Discord username; messages you send us; and content you post in the Program, such as journal entries.

Payment information. Payments are processed by Stripe, and financed purchases are handled by the financing provider you choose. We don't receive or store your full card number. We receive limited details such as your name, email address, the amount paid, and the payment status.

Information collected automatically. When you visit this website, our hosting provider and the services embedded in our pages, such as our application form and web fonts, may collect technical information like your IP address, browser type, device, and the pages you view. We don't use advertising or analytics cookies on this site ourselves. Embedded services may use their own cookies, as described in their privacy policies.

How we use your information

• To review your application and contact you about it.
• To process payments and manage payment plans.
• To deliver the Program, including onboarding you into the Discord, reviewing your journal, and running calls.
• To provide support and respond to your messages.
• To keep records of purchases, agreement acceptance, and access, including to respond to payment disputes.
• To protect the Program and its members and enforce our Terms.
• To comply with our legal obligations.

How we contact you

If you apply, we may contact you by email, phone, or text message about your application and the Program. Message and data rates may apply. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time by replying to our message or emailing us.

How we share your information

We don't sell your personal information. We share it only:

• with service providers that help us run the business, such as Stripe (payments), Typeform (applications), Discord (community), scheduling and video-call tools, financing providers, and our website host;
• when required by law or to respond to legal process;
• to protect our rights, including in payment disputes, for example by providing your bank or card issuer with records of your purchase and access; and
• with a buyer or successor if our business is sold or reorganized.

Content you post in the PEAK Discord can be seen by other members, so please don't post anything there that you want to keep private.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as we need it for the purposes above. Records of purchases, payments, and agreement acceptance are kept for as long as needed for tax, accounting, and dispute purposes.

How we protect it

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of storing or sending information is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information by emailing abmamllc@gmail.com. We may need to confirm your identity first. We may keep certain information where the law requires it or where we need it to resolve disputes or enforce our agreements. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law.

Children

The Program is only for people 18 and older. We don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe someone under 18 has given us their information, email us and we'll delete it.

Third-party services

Services we use, such as Stripe, Typeform, and Discord, have their own privacy policies, which apply to the information they collect.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we'll post the new version on this page and update the "Last updated" date.
