Refund Policy

All sales are final

Every purchase of the PEAK Mentorship is final and non-refundable.

No refunds once you have access

Once you've been given access to the PEAK Discord, no refund will be issued for any reason. This includes if you:

• stop participating or don't use the Program;
• don't attend the live group calls or your 1-on-1 calls;
• leave the Discord server;
• are removed for breaking our Terms or community rules;
• are unhappy with your trading results; or
• change your mind.

Payment plans and financing

If you're on a payment plan, you're responsible for the full purchase price. Leaving the Program or being removed from it doesn't cancel or reduce your remaining payments.

If you financed your purchase through a provider such as Klarna, you owe that provider under your agreement with them, and this policy still applies to your purchase.

Billing errors

If you were charged twice or charged the wrong amount, email us and we'll correct the error. Correcting a billing mistake isn't a refund of your purchase.

Before you dispute a charge

If you have a question or a problem with a charge, email us first at abmamllc@gmail.com so we can look into it. As our Terms & Conditions explain, disputing a purchase you authorized after you've been given access to the Program is a breach of our Terms. If a dispute is opened, we'll provide your bank or card issuer with records of your purchase, your acceptance of our policies, and your access to the Program.

Your legal rights

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under laws that can't be waived by agreement.
